That's a very good question! Is this more than an overblown garage sale operation to appear legit or is the main focus in the private companies and the public money was only thought to develop and finance the real intentions? A hint is always the ownership. Given to the O/S and structure as a whole we can talk about zero. Snow owns more!

Lol, and as for Paul and the truth, this wasn't even an oxymoron because this has to be written intentionally, it was more a contradictio in adiecto
