INCORPORATION OF A NEW WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY
- W2ENERGY PTE. LTD.
The Board of Directors of ISDN Holdings Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the
Company has set up a new wholly owned subsidiary, namely, W2Energy Pte. Ltd. (“W2Energy”) in
Singapore with a paid up capital of SGD ONE(1).
W2Energy is principally engaged in the business of environmental control and alternative energy.
The above investment will be funded by internal resources and is not expected to have a material
impact on the Company’s earnings per share and net tangible assets per share for the current
financial year ending 31 December 2009.
None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect,
in the above transaction other than through their shareholdings in the Company.
