it's not filing, it's where these brokerage houses get the info. For example Yahoo gets their info from Thomson financials, so if thomson financials changes anything, it will be reflected on Yahoo. Google Finance has a lot of trouble because the server of its source went haywire a bunch of time, showing stuff like 300,000% changes in exxon mobile (from 96 to like $2700). That's why i asked the question to confirm whether its just etrade error or it's something else.
