I have a feeling that this was all planned from the beginning. They can delay that as long as they want. Who knows if we ever get these shares back to conversion.

But hey it doesn't matter anyway. All shares are worthless as soon as the back conversion date is coming if the common share price is in the trip zeros at the back conversion date. Just do the math how many more shares will be converted. So actually if you never get them back or if they are diluted into hell doesn't matter for the shareholders.

The only and I mean only way to get out of all this mess is to bring up the share price to 20 cents or so until the back conversion date and that will never happen, except another RS which would be the death for all common holders at the moment. IMO.

Anybody disagrees on this? I mean beside the cheerleaders?
