I'm equipped to be a rapist, but I'm not one, BD. The structure of the notes gives them the power--yes--and I would expect them to use that power if this market doesn't/can't develop into the 'next Google.' Doing something like what you described would raise a huge red flag that would make it so easy to pursue litigation IMO. Why couldn't/wouldn't YA be happy to own a mere 50%-60% of the next Google???
