IF it were to happen, I would expect a spinoff of EESO's retail side, not an all-out merge or buyout. At this time WowGreen would not be interested in the Pig project, GC2000, or the Medical aspect (though they may later). So, for WG to all-out buy EESO would not make sense at this point in time.
