Concerning Publishing trading results in a press release
I had a discussion with the management and I quote them
"This is a sticky wicket. Firstly, if trading results are published they must be accompanied by so many disclosures and disclaimers as to deem press releases as unfeasible. Secondly, it is possible that press releases may be challenged by the NFA as advertisements. If that were the case, the exemption under which the pool interests are offered could be voided. It is a breach of securities rules to advertise a private placement. This means that we could run afoul of the NFA, the State of Illinois, other states where the offering has been made, the FINRA and the SEC. 141 is a public CTA. These are very rare so we will be highly scrutinized as to compliance."
The line is thin ... We are not selling clean and green products ,)and promote them trough endless PR.
