True, but in some cases the company at 0.0001 will have new that they wont be having a R/S and then it makes it worth while. TSHL was a good one for this because at 0.0001 they have no R/S in mind, a good product AND they paid their anounced dividends, well I got them anyways. Problem with a R/S is that people short sell them. Only in the good ol USA does this have to happen.
