I spoke with Bob Coackley yesterday, the CEO of IP Video Networks. Bob states that they bought the assets from Path 1 and that Path 1 simply let the PNOT trading shell go. He said that if anyone's interested in buying the shell, they can try to contact the old CFO from Path 1, Jeremy Ferrell, who lives somewhere in the San Diego area. Bob didn't have his phone number or address. I asked Bob why he didn't want the shell and he said he didn't want the headaches of running a publically traded company and doesn't need to raise capital.
