LIGATT Security is now publicly traded "Over The Counter" (OTC) under the company name Intelligent Sports. Intelligent sports has filed with the NASDAQ for a name change to LIGATT Security International and a new stock symbol.

You can currently purchase stock under the name Intelligent Sports stock symbol IGTP.
