Is DOW now a swing UP trade?



.....DOW closed below 6800 and looks like it may be primed for a rally before moving towards the Golden ratio magnet?......It is the beginning of March/2009.....DOW rally????>>>>>Before GOLD and SILVER go through the roof and DOW goes even lower!
