i suspect the only true speculation that can be made is...... if encs can sink its teeth into even a minor amount of the govt. stimulus package, share price would probably react quite positively, and abruptly. whomever it is, that is indeed in charge, be it AW, or joseph blow, should enlighten us if the company has applied for any. a p.r. on this would be hugely beneficial.
