I just started getting the same problem after I had enabled auto-login. Here's how I fixed it:
After you first click "Member Log In" auto-login forwards you to the logged-in page. Click log-off. You get forwarded again. Use your browser's back button to get back to the login page. Now log in manually (make sure auto log in is unchecked) and you should be able to add titles to your queue. Hope that works 4u
