Vince Tattersall
President Kingsdale Capital Corporation & Head of Global Mining Group
Vincent Tattersall, a mining engineer and financier has remained committed to the mining industry for over 20 years. Mr. Tattersall graduated from Camborne School of Mines in 1987, with a B.Eng (Hons) in Mining Engineering. He then joined Shearson Lehman, London, specializing in the analysis of the South African mining sector. After 7 years Mr. Tattersall moved into sales as Head of Global Mining & South African product with HSBC James Capel where his responsibilities ranged from developing investment themes, site visits, developing corporate ideas and providing market intelligence to mineral resource corporations as well as the buy side community.
In 1997, Mr. Tattersall moved to New York with ABN Amro, as Head of Gobal Mining after being recruited to bring the mining team over from HSBC James Capel. This provided an excellent platform to be closer to North America mineral resource corporations as well as the US Hedge Fund community. Mr. Tattersall joined Kingsdale as Head of Global Mining and also serves as President of Kingsdale Capital Corporation.
Cameron Prange
President Kingsdale Capital Markets Inc.
As one of the founding partners, Mr. Prange joined Kingsdale at its inception in early 2002. He was attracted by the opportunity to build a firm that was structured to help growth seeking investors find the best opportunities in the market. Mr Prange works with both institutional and retail clients to develop their investment profiles, and deliver opportunities that meet their specific investment goals. Mr. Prange has over 24 years of experience in the securities business and prior to joining Kingsdale was President of Equisure Securities.
P. Peter Notidis, CA, CFA
Chief Financial Officer & Co-Head of Corporate Finance
As the CFO and COO of Kingsdale, Mr. Notidis is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and its subsidiaries. He is also responsible for the development and management of Kingsdale’s strategic and operational direction. Mr. Notidis joined Kingsdale in early 2002 as one of its founding partners. He has over 19 years of experience in the brokerage and financial markets industry, including executive-level responsibility in financial and regulatory reporting, extensive analytical experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity valuations and financial risk management modeling and implementation. He is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA charter holder.
Rob Fia, CFA
Co-Head of Corporate Finance
Mr. Fia has 7 years of experience in the investment business encompassing both equity research and corporate finance. Mr. Fia has developed a career of working with promising young companies and advising corporate executives on business matters dealing with corporate finance, strategy, expansion, mergers and acquisitions, concept creation, private equity, corporate development, and corporate governance. Since starting his career at Kingsdale in 2004 Mr. Fia has moved to a senior-level investment banking position involved in several multi-million financing and advisory transactions in mining, oil and gas, technology, and healthcare. Mr. Fia began his career as a technology analyst with a Toronto based investment bank in 1999 where several of his buy calls were involved in M&A transactions. In 2002 Mr. Fia created his own Limited Market Dealer involved in financing and advising high growth companies primarily in oil and gas (flow-through financing), alternative energy, mining and technology.
Mr. Fia received his B.Comm. (Honours) degree from the I.H. Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
