Well those are reliable sources, and I live by the mantra "buy on rumor sell on news", so I guess if I wait for news it will be too late. I can take a year or more for these things to finally come to exist from plans, so maybe it is just too early to see any physical proof. So I agree the time to get in is now, but I see it as a longer term play. But confirmation of these plans going foward should cause a big spike in price, for sure. Maybe they will break ground in the spring....
