Yes, I don't see that math working. There is alot of fixed and overhead cost. So, 70% for a distributor cannot be correct. A distributor that sells a million dollars worth of product is not going to keep $700,000. I would quit my job on Monday. Maybe $70,000 is more reasonable or 7%.
