I think that the latter is better, though IDEV has more than $3 in cash per share. The technical picture indicates to me that something is quite wrong with their launch of Sanctura...but I think you should wait for an entry on GIVN until it retrench more, I am not buying till it gets back under $33. Also look at COO here under $57 with a stop just under $55...
