I believe IM is seeking to build an all 'inclusive' ecosystem as opposed to an 'exclusive' one. Otherwise, why bring LM on board? If you believe that little old NeoMedia has the unlimited financial cash resources or the broad brush stroke of multiple employees across multiple deciplines to accomplish fill-in requirements on the vertical aspects of Going to Market, then please think again. I further believe that Iain is trying to change NeoMedia's persona as well, due to the "radioactive" stigma that came attached to past antagonistic business strategies and perilous decisions involving former management.

Lets give Iain McCready the due respect to try and fasciliate the way in which he wishes to proceed. He is putting it 'out there' that NeoMedia is approachable and will seek to license on fair and friendly terms. Both GSMA and OMA have overviewed their licensing structure. So lets put down the waring weapons of the past and embrace the terms by which all PWC players can and will unite. TIA
