paslpas I stand to be corrected I think it is March 11 2009 going over the charts ( I took it to be what and what order their bring up in court) March 31 2009 could be the date they decide if Toyota has to show Solomon how they come up with their version of the Electric Wheel and if they are going to trial jury. I could be corrected on this but this will give you an ideal. It is my opinon only at these prices the risk rewared is good in the long run even with the R/S for newbees based on the % of the company for your money if it goes to trial. Even it they issued all their A/S out. Should have a run up with the news of trial is out. If that happens should not get back to this price. Like I said in my opinon. If you bought at higher price the R/S would suck big time.
