gee, I asked 2 or 3 times for input on the george lawsuit and didn't receive any feedback. Ms. Scarlet asks once and then the truth spills out in a definitive way in less than 12 hours. That's somewhat disappointing to me.

Thanks Ms. Scarlet for assisting with the open flow of information on this issue.

Generally, I try not to ask questions like that directly to Ming/w2p because i feel they are more appropriately asked of the entire board so anybody can chip in with information or thoughts they may have. Granted, Ming and W2P supply the bulk of the facts here, but in this case, for whatever reason, Ming didn't feel compelled to respond. This leaves me feeling a little baffled. Maybe he didn't think it was important enough to answer even though i tabled the issue more than once.

I simply thought this was another grey dnap area that could use a little light shed on it.

Why the neccessity of a lawsuit? Seems costly to both parties to go to this extreme. Can Tony view this as a positive that Dad has to go to court to settle? This may indicate that Tony does not carry much weight in company decisions at this point. This may impact my perspective on the China deal a little and put a less glossy cover on it. Would George really fund something benefitial to dnap when he has to go to court to resolve $$$ or shares?? There's a disconnect there.... I'm not buying the China benefits based on this. For as small as dnap is, this one could have easily been swept under the carpet and resolved. Cash or shares??....big deal either way??....hasn't been an issue over the years, why now? Would seem to indicate turmoil in Fla. even though some may claim this to be a non-issue. The non-issues don't go to court!
