MY STIMULUS PACKAGE



.....In the context of simplicity....why doesn't the government stimulate by sending all taxpayers "USA registered spending certificates" that have to be spent within 30 days in which ever way they choose ( or they become void) and have them rotating and overlapping throughout the year?......This would possibly be cheaper and would stimulate as people spent the certificates aswell as possibly added to the amounts for bigger ticket items.....Just a simple thought.....how much would it cost to send every taxpaying American $500?
