We are all holding a bag full of worthless paper..........

Arne had a good idea, but it just did not pan out. The PPS fell apart along with th credit markets. With the pps where it is now, Arne will never be able to get any financing........and this will all end.....pretty much there now........

only thing that saves us here is an act of God!!!!

hope the real longs here flipped a few last year and are not going to take a huge loss.........I am sitting on 20M, but many of them are free............
