Website accidentally deleted ... pfffttt!!

I accidentally delte my clients websites all the time Ha Ha Ha!!
(Must have the little pimple faced nephew downstairs running the website) Any reputable Web-hosting group would have it back on-line the same day!
Why were the previous numbers disconnected with no forwarding information? Something seems fishy to me!?
