BOD, why don't you just telephone Mr. Meehan if you have a difference of opinion?

I will also vouch for Mr. Meehan, he is a straight shooter, and has quickly & accurately responded to any questions I have. He has done our company a world of good, by demanding the accountability that all public companies must have.

BOD, you sound like a friend of Mr. Berry's, who I think is a good guy. He was over his head. I never would have invested major money in CYRX over 2 years ago if I thought Mr. Berry wasn't capable "of taking us to the next level". This is the first time Peter has admitted that, to my knowledge. What took him so long to figure it out.

BOD, you seem way off base.
