im out right now, waiting for funds to clear, but what Ken Lewis said, was that Merrill and Countrywide are going very strong, pretty much driving the business for bac, countrywide has a boom going on doing refinancing on mortgages etc, Im not sure what the make up of C is, but hopefully these components of bac will give it the capitol it needs so that it doesnt have to do what C just did, I seen the ceo of C on a soundbite on tv, and he tried to put this off as a good thing for confidence his bank, I dont think Ken Lewis would make that mistake, but rumor will probably drive this down and make a great buy again imo.
