~This is what I said. Let me help you understand why I am exactly right on this Magnum topic. See the bold below and then you will understand what I was saying. Understand I never said they signed off or performed the actual audit or internal audit. Grant Thorton was however 110% involved in the accounting and audit but they didn't nor are they the official auditing firm for Magnum. They also from what I heard maintain internal controls, have helped with government meetings, and more.

Company Update:
Spoke to the company today in regards to the 2 Top Auditing Firms that work for them and they mentioned that indeed grant Thorton did do the accounting work and help with the audit in Canada.

Now for those that want to twist or mislead my posts and or be a naysayer on the Magnum board understand these are facts and that Grant Thorton didn't have to nor did they sign off as Weinberg is the official SEC pcaob auditing firm and Weinberg I was told is Top 20 in the country. I feel very positive now.
