yeah - never even appeared - only ENCS press announcement were turned up in web searchs - very puzzling and now this possible second firm that appears to overlap the busines space - maybe strategy is to have BioC concentrate on buying mothballed facilities from the current up-side down owners and putting them back in service while Z handles the trading and sales, would make sense and let each firm flouish in their own area of experience and appititude imo
