To me that does not make sense unless we have little faith at that point of future pps growth. I also doubt they will have much money to do a buy back in 3 months so they would likely have to dilute to do and nothing gained. I don't know just my logic. One thing IMO is sure they have a lot of motivation to get the PPS as high as possible over the next three or so months.

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
