Well when the time comes it will be easy to guesstimate how conversion may go. If trending down people will hold off. If looking strong the faster you can convert the better. If substantially below the .23 those converting will be happy campers. At least that is my view of it.

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
