I agree I was merely pointing out that it was down and I was not making any negative assumptions. In fact I was hoping that it was an indication that a new site was about to come on line. It could have been viewed as a positive or negative occurrence but the old site is back now so it doesn't make much difference. I try to post relevant supported information I find which is hopefully positive but may sometimes be negative.
