I am sure I don't need to say this, but it is so remedial that I thought it needed to be posted, lol...

On the OTCBB level, a merger could render all shareholders the recipients of absolutely worthless paper (not even paper nowadays, rather electronic certificates)...

But we all know that now, don't we...
