prospector 777, after receiving this email I had a lot of concern. The person that send it to me it is very knowleageable.I did sell 90% of my shares based on this e-mail.
As I always have said I have a lot to learn and do trust peoples that have better knowledge than me.

I just read the PR put out by CMKX yesterday about the legal firm. Based on my experience and the wording of the PR, it would appear they hired the legal firm because there is an SEC investigation underway. This would also explain the change of transfer agents. Be very careful with it, their days could be numbered.
