earmarks... First, "earmark" and "pork barrel" were campaign buzz words. Now people are using the terms to describe any spending they don't agree with because they know it makes waves in the media. Second, I don't think BO put those in himself. Thats politics for you. If I'm a loan republican willing to shift my vote to the dems, I'd be a fool not to make sure there are a few perks for my constituents, so they're not angry with me for breaking party lines. Goes for dems too, votes cost money. The system is broke "my friends."

I'm long ACTC w/just under 10k shares... wish i had more $ to throw at it. Got in early tho, so I'm thankfully still in the green. My perfect scenario- ban lifted by end of march. ACTC moves off the pinks by May 1. Pfizer bids, Caldwell says no go. Approval for clinical trials hits early summer, big pharma comes back to the table w/more $. We all retire.
