Z4 okay 14 industry pe still shows the big future as eps keeps growing. Remember I said OTCBB will not determine what I get paid as a long. It will be the results profits?

See a buyer can't buy control of this company in the market. Series b means management has control.

Any buyer would have to work out a deal to pay min 5 times to 10 times earnings. So if they make 8 million this year you can see how undervalued share price is.

The future value growth of SPNG will be based on how they grow profits. Not when small and oTCBB as usual as crazy market cap this early. As you point out even at 1.25 billions shares it's under valued today vs eps.

What happens when profits go way up and share counts way down as planned? As is happening now and will continue?

When this bs manipulation ends and it will as results drawf what we have seen so far. Eventually it will get a much higher multiple of earnings.
