Yep, somebody could have a sell order in they forgot about and maybe they aren't paying attention. Word to the wise if you haven't looked you better check for any GTC's you might have put in way back thinking we would never get to them. If anyone is selling I would move your price up a penny or two or IMO you'll be sorry.
