Because NITE had 155,000 shares at .0599 all day. They JUST backed off when they got down to 10,000 shares left. It's been 5:1 buys today. Ask moved to .06 now that NITE is off the ask and at .0645. Seems like a good thing. Lets see how this last 30 minutes plays out.
