Since we're "thinking" Druseljic- I was trying to look at the benefit of why Image would dump millions of shares at such a price as .0001? It couldn't get any lower than that right? What if they were dumping, then retiring the shares authorized. Think about it, if they did dump at lets say .0007 like the pps was last week, it would be definitely a pump and major dump. But notice it was at .0001 where it could do no more harm than necessary? Is there a tax shortcut to dumping it at this current value, or is this a way to retire stock after the purchase of St. Louis Packaging. Afterall, the audit is pending and I wonder what it would do to the taxes if those shares in question were still on the books. This is just my thoughts...it just does not make sense for the company to dump at this level, there's no real gain out of it don't you think? Any other poster's comments I welcome...
