Where in that text does it intimate the author of the contract. Please, point out the exact area so the entire board can follow your agenda.

Both parties agreed with the contract, as is. It doesn't stipulate anywhere, who created what portion of the text, does it.

Either or both parties could have changed the agreement prior to signing but didn't. Which party is culpable, or are both?
