"Mr. Hess will only become a director of IWS if the Proposed Transaction proceeds and is completed in a manner acceptable to Mr. Hess."
Hess told Webb to call RCCH management for the answer to this question, he never denied involvement. The guy will join IF the merger is done right due to two facts: One, HE NEVER DENIED INVOLVEMENT TO WEBB, two, the last PR explained what it would take for him to come over.
In fact, NO BOD MEMBER HAS DENIED involvement. The Pierre Morin of Bionest is NOT our Pierre, yes, it would be nice if it was, but our Pierre is apparently more involved with the Canadian Gov., Dave Campbell- from what I've been told has confirmed over the phone, has actually said yes, I'm the Dave Campbell, and yes I will be a BOD, and finally, again, Hess is about to join.
So who lied about any BOD member?
And if he didn't lie, and those BOD members are coming on board - what do you think of the future of the company?
BTW, funny how Webb's article actually helped - the Hess response was key.
Hess, is the key. Even if the Bionest Pierre was our Pierre, Hess would still be the bigger dog.
