I have done some DD, but just because they released it does not mean thats what we are seeing. Couldn't they immediately after the release of the 10k, start issuing more shares.? I personally feel like dillution is not occuring because we would be falling alot faster. If FDA does not approve, then more dillution will happen so they can increase captial for the other drugs. unless a partnership forms, or they get more financing. JMO of course.
