ub2: No different than repeatedly bringing up an EO to overturn Bush's "ban", although never was a "ban." Current EO could actually be used in ACTC's favor since EO restricts (not bans) Govt funding (not private or public funding) to the ESC's listed at the time - main purpose is encourage reearch that neiher damages or destroys ESC's, and ACTC proved it can ve done (look at the intro info to this iHub site - "... embryo intact..."). If you want to keep politics out of the posts, then it goes both ways - keep poliitics out of discussions period. Meanwhile, ACTC has come a long ways toward diffusing the ESC usage situation - but that being said, where's the private and public funding? Wy is Govt fundin gthe only solution? That's my concern - does the entire scientific ESC field depend only upon Govt funding? Seems like there are huge and terrific medical and quality of life advances within ACTC's grasp that should really be emphasized instead of so much dependence on any EO, one way or the other. ACTC has some excellent scientific, medical, and technical advances and advantages than can overshadow the political and social issues and misunderstandings.
Investment-wise, look at the Bollingers, consolidation, compression, and RSI for example - no guarantee, but trend indicates ACTC is poised for a big break (could be up or down), although overall market effects are major factor holding it down for now.
