Got word back from Dexter on the typos. He said that all documents would be more carefully reviewed in the future, but to bear in mind that most clients take the agreement and make modifications. In his own words, "If I can live with them we sign; if not we negotiate. If I get a signed contract back and the client misspelled a couple of words, I’m sure not going to send it back for correction.".

Problem solved to the extent that it can be perfected.

Also of note is that auditors are at LBWR for the next 3 days, and that the company is on track for the 10k filing.

Looks like Labwire is making all the right moves in 2009.
