It's obvious that dilution has been taking place. The same thing happened last run, NITE dumped millions and millions of shares. NITE holds this stock down by himself. It amazes me how a company with this much potential can kill two runs that would have taken it to at least a penny. Just imagine how much buying pressure will be needed to take this thing to .002 again. I don't see it happening anytime soon.
