I saw on msn Kudrow show tonight the PM of Canada was on and talking about the oil sands and he said the USA really had no choice of taking tar sands oil over something else. That they supplied 27% of the oil and that's where it's coming from and that they were 40 times less in carbon footprints that the cold coals plants in the USA. He also said that they were working on trying to get the carbon emmissions down.
