Since you own more shares then Hunsucker does that mean they cant R/S without your vote or as a matter of fact I dont think they can R/S if more than 50% of shareholders vote against it. But I am sure if they wanted to r/s or do whatever they want they will still do it even though shareholders would vote against it, thats just the way things are done in pinky land.
