Here's what I think. I think the acquisition and take over of Aeon Holdings is monumental in helping us swiftly move Green Star's stockholder equity. Think about it if we can minimize our stock issuances but see value grow by multiples; is this not the way to make our stock value more? Additionally we are able to improve both our income and balance sheet financial statements helping us gain more notoriety in the investment community. Plus I think any person understands it is easier to raise funds in a clean structured OTCBB then a Pink Sheet; it is all about strategy here.
