Agreed lifting of the EO itself will not result in move to .50. However, what would lifting of EO and announced pharma funding shortly thereafter do? if you were a big pharma or big investor (remember corporate update said funding close for another program) would you commit to funding before the EO or bill passed by Congress? if I were conservative and it were me I would do a conditional contract subject to either happenning.

Once again,what would that do for the PPS?
