Pete, I appreciate your sentiment and logic, the problem is, we as shareholders have ZERO control or input regarding ANY of the matters you addressed.. I would suggest you put your thoughts in writing via email to the company and let us know their response.. btw, I doubt you'll get any response as the company has no real IR dept..

sorry for the negativism Pete, the fact is the company outright AMBUSHED shareholders, how else did they expect us to react..
