Lots of dancing around the question: What happened to the $60M in assets being hyped during the runnup of '05??
This is essential as the absence of those assets would clearly indicate this whole thing was a scam from the git-go.
Also, why would anyone NOT want an answer to this question? As shareholders, we NEED and should DEMAND this answer. Shareholder apathy only leads to corruption, and we should DEMAND accountability.
