Because Texas was a Republic before it was incorporated as a State..it was written in the papers that Texas has the right to secede at any time the Texas Legislature votes on it...

Texas has the resources to be self sustained..and in fact would stand to benefit greatly with exports to the US..

How long do you think it would take to complete that Border fence If it were up to Texans ??

They would probably elect GW as its first President..

And then...when I made my escape North..I could swim the Red River and have the best benefit package available...that of the Illegal Immigrants..Yee Haw..
